About Our School
We are a warm, welcoming and inclusive primary school in the heart of Dublin 2. We are a co-educational mixed school for boys and girls from Pre-School to 6th Class. We promote a caring and holistic approach to education, focusing on the development of the full potential of each pupil. We provide a friendly and lively learning environment where the children are encouraged to think independently and to develop a lifelong love of learning. We welcome all children, with various needs and from diverse backgrounds.

Welcome to our school website, which showcases life and learning at Scoil Chaitríona. Our school is a vibrant hub of learning in the heart of Dublin City Centre. We take great pride in the warmth of our school community-where pupils, parents and staff work together to create an engaging, dynamic and happy school environment. Our wonderful staff is fully committed to ensuring that each child is given the opportunity to reach their full potential and to help them to use their unique gifts and talents – in the classroom, through sport and the arts.
Furthermore, our school motto, Le Chéile, (Together), recognises and values the education triangle consisting of parent-student-teachers as we strongly promote partnership between home and school. We are extremely fortunate to have an incredible school garden on site. This invaluable outdoor space acts as an oasis of peace and tranquillity in the city and encapsulates our warm, welcoming and inclusive environment.
